Clean workbench

As a local (vertical or horizontal laminar flow) cleaning device, the clean workbench can meet the purification requirements of level 100 in the working area. This series of products has two types of mechanisms. One is the whole body type, and the other is the separate type of workbench and self-cleaning device, which can be made into various forms as required by customers.

Horizontal flow clean workbench application field:

The equipment is widely used in the fields of biological pharmacy, chemical experiment, medical health, electron optics, etc. And provide a locally sterile and dust-free ultra clean workbench.

Characteristics of horizontal flow clean workbench:

Horizontal laminar air supply prevents cross contamination of samples inside the operating room. The unique airflow recirculation design can extend the service life of the filter.

Adopting an ultra efficient non baffle filter, the filtration efficiency for particles of 0.3 microns reaches 99.99% (the cleanliness of the operating area is much higher than level 100).

Adopting a touch controller and adjustable wind speed fan system, it has low noise and low vibration, ensuring that the wind speed in the working area is always in an ideal state.

A positive pressure filtration system ensures a dust-free and sterile working area.

The workbench is made of imported 304 stainless steel material, which is beautiful, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant.

The bottom of the workbench is equipped with a drain outlet for easy cleaning of dirt

The front window adopts counterweight balance, which can be lifted or lowered at will, with flexible positioning and equipped with multi-functional sockets, providing convenience for the operator.
