Clean shed

CLEAN BOOTH is a simple clean room established for the quickest and most convenient use. The clean room has various cleanliness levels and space combinations that can be designed and manufactured according to usage needs. Therefore, its main characteristics are easy to use, high elasticity, easy installation, short construction period, and portability. The clean room can also be added locally to reduce costs in areas where high cleanliness is required in general grade clean rooms. A clean shed is an air purification equipment that can provide a local high cleanliness environment. The clean shed mainly consists of a box, a fan, an initial efficiency air filter, a damping layer, lighting fixtures, etc., and the outer shell is sprayed with plastic. This product can be suspended and supported on the ground, with a compact structure and convenient use. It can be used alone, or multiple connections can form a ribbon clean area.

1. Frame: Made of industrial aluminum (or stainless steel square or iron square spray) as a stable, beautiful, rust free, and dust-free frame;

2. Anti static hanging curtain: Surrounded by anti static hanging curtain, it has good anti static effect, high transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, no deformation, and is not easy to age;

3. Fan filter unit FFU: adopts centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, maintenance free, small vibration, stepless speed change, reliable fan quality, long working life, and unique air duct design, which greatly improves the efficiency of the fan and reduces the noise! The internal purification level can reach 100-100K level; Especially suitable for areas with high requirements for local purification level in the workshop, such as assembly line operation areas.

4. The interior adopts a dedicated purification lamp for the purification room, which does not produce dust;

Characteristics of Clean Shed (Simple Clean Room):

The fan sucks in air from the top of the FFU, passes through the primary efficiency filter and the high-efficiency filter, and the filtered clean air is uniformly sent out to the clean shed at a wind speed of 0.45m/s ± 20% on the entire air outlet surface. Form a uniform flow layer to ensure a vertical unidirectional flow of clean air, thereby ensuring the required cleanliness in the work area
